B.A. stands for Bad Attitude.... Best respect the Smart Car sucka.  I don't think that B.A. would have had quite the intimidating effect stepping out of one of these things.  Maybe they have gone Green?  Maybe they're being chased by Al Gore?  Maybe this is for some mission in a village with tiny streets?  At any rate, gotta love the paint job!!
